    "warning - impossible to cancel your service, they transfer you from dept to dept, then put you on hold for an hour or so and then hang up on you. Tried again today and got transferred 4 times then put on hold for 20+ minutes. Asked for manager, same thing. Still don't have it cancelled - I'll just stop paying altogether since it is such a hassle and can't get help. Will put a bad review on Yelp too!"

    "We paid $99 for Threshold delivery. A third-party deliverer brought the delivery, but initially refused threshold service, since their paperwork didn't show it. I called Home Depot in front of them, and they changed their tune fast. Not sure if Home Depot is at fault or the delivery service, but my wife and I came away frustrated with this process. Improvements must be made!"
