I can't create support case ( my account has right to manage cases) I don't know how is CSM I can't call support because standard support doesn't have phone support option.

I understand that there is a Nessus Agent installer in Tenable's website which supports SUSE15 SP1 or later. The term "or later" seems quite ambiguous. Does this mean that that Nessus Agent installer can support any version of SUSE15 SP even if there are newer SPs released later than the installer?

I'm wondering if there are any account creation security features, such as account lockout of a certain amount of time (e.g., scan manager account is created yet user doesn't login after x days), or an account lockout feature such as bad password entered in thrice (if MFA isn't used).
