Kay Ellen Tolson, 76, of Moline, passed away Friday, Feb. 19, 2016, at her home. Visitation will be 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 24, at Wendt Funeral Home, Moline. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Feb.
