MINNEAPOLIS ‒ Native American dancers performed in a snow-covered park here, wearing traditional outfits.

Protests are flaring up in Minneapolis and cities across the country as outrage grows over Wednesday’s deadly ICE-involved shooting.

"We're saying this type of action, we need to get rid of it, and it has no place in our nation ever," said Laura Luster of Oakland.
