Slide into your weekend!!! I loved the Slip ‘N Slide as a kid (anyone remember that one?) and this is one of the many ways I add a little sliding play into my practice as an adult. Here we are using blankets or towels under a pair of yoga blocks and then a chair for these Cobra slides. We also add a little side bending into our extension exploration as well.
