Sometimes you just need to start over 🤷🏼‍♂️ I’m using PanAm Bermuda seed from my good friends at Twin City Seed Co. I killed off existing grass, waited 2 weeks, dethatched to get as much grass as I could up, mowed as low as I could to suck up all of the grass and old stolons, brought in about 1-2” of topsoil, laid seed and gently raked it in.
