Slide into your weekend!!! I loved the Slip ‘N Slide as a kid (anyone remember that one?) and this is one of the many ways I add a little sliding play into my practice as an adult. Here we are using blankets or towels under a pair of yoga blocks and then a chair for these Cobra slides. We also add a little side bending into our extension exploration as well. Super slippery slip 'n slide - The kids finished out the day at school today with a slip 'n slide. I wondered if I could make them slide just a little faster. So I sprinkled out a very small amount of Gravi-Goo (a non-toxic polymer) that happens to get very slippery when it's hydrated... and judging from the screams... it worked.
