Making space for myself before the day takes over. Getting up an hour before the kids isn’t always easy, but it’s helping me start the day with intention, move my body, and feel a bit more like me again. Also… if anyone has a sports bra recommendation that can actually handle a 36GG, please send help 🙃 I’m always curious how others start their mornings — routines, chaos, or something in between.
