This is a really great scissor sweep variation I like - not sure if there’s a separate name for it. I started to do this a lot in the gi (using a collar sleeve grip) and have since transferred it into my no gi game. It’s really important when doing this sweep that they’re bearing their weight into you. If their weight is back, you’ll never sweep them over. #jiujitsutips #jiujitsusweep | Shawn Melanson
